As of the posting of this news item I - Michael Caddy - am standing down as webmaster. All admin abilites will be given to Chris Reynolds and from now on all post of news written by WEBMASTER will be from him.

Due to Personal reasons Keith Anderson is leaving Constantine Band to have some time out from banding. He is not going to any other band. He will leave as soon as Constantine find a new Conductor or Christmas, which ever comes first. It will be a sad loss.

Shame aother month comes and goes and, we got seconded but so many sites got seconded not all could go into the final vote :(.

O well.
To be able to qulify for another vote we have to sit out at least one month.

Constantine Band's 25th annual Brass on the Grass was a HUGE success.

I would like some feedback of people that went there to say a few things about it and how well they thought it went. E-mail these to constantinesilverband@yahoo.co.uk. Also I would like someone to write a review, actually I would like a few people to write a review on it, I will be writing one too but I would like several.

Things to include in your review:
How you feel the overall event went
How the bands played
What was the highlight of the event
Any mishaps...
What was good about it
What could be improved
etc...

Thanks it will be much appreciated. I would be glad of all help, as if only I wrote it I could be a bit biased and I want to see what other people think.

This Sunday (16th July 2006) Constantine Silver Band are holding their 25th annual

Brass on The Grass

The event will be in Constantine in a huge Marquee.

Featuring four great cornish bands.

CONSTANTINE SILVER BAND (4th Section Band)
(MD Mr Keith Anderson)

ST KEVERNE BAND (1st Section Band)
(MD Mr Stuart Chappell)

HELSTON TOWN BAND (1st Section Band)
(MD Mr John Hitchens)

CAMBORNE TOWN BAND (Champion Section Band)
(MD Mr Steve Thomas)

All of the bands will march up the village (March starts at 6.30pm) and will then play a selection of their best pieces (Starting at 7.00pm), concluding the concert will be a Mass Band Spectacular where all the bands will play a few pieces all together.

Admission: £5.00 for and Adult, £1.00 for a Child (Accompanied by and Adult). All proceds to the Band.

This site is based on PHP-Fusion which has addons called Infusions. I will soon be starting on making a Games Infusion for the whole world to use. But I could do with some help as I am good at coding in PHP but not that good to do it. If there is any one out there that can write PHP code I would apprieciate the help. Thanks. Well the site is now more or less updated now. Well with minor updates. There is still a bit to be done and wehave to put all the pictures on again as that part of the site was totally rewritten in this update.
